Il Maestrale

IGT Toscana Vermentino

Fresh and perfuse like the Mistral wind, “il Maestrale” is produced with autocton Vermentino grapes.

Though true to the essential characteristics of its territory, it is made with innovative wine cellar technologies; the pressing of whole grapes, wine-making in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature; and, aging “sur lies” until bottling.

It presents itself as young, fruity, and tasty with notes that also recall citrus fruit and yellow flowers.
